On the standings page, why are some players' usernames linked and others are not?

Each player in the contest has a profile that they can elect to turn on or off for public viewing. A player's profile provides information about them including their picks history, customized jersey, awards won, and more. If a player has turned off their public profile, they will not be linked in the Standings page or the Challenge Leagues. If they have their profile turned on, they will be linked and you can visit their profile page.

What happens if I forget to make my picks?

If you are unable or forget to make your picks for any given week, you will automatically be given the golfer in each group who is worth 1 value point. In other words, your team will consist of the lowest rated golfer in each group.

WHY CAN'T I LOGIN?

When this happens, the problem almost always has to do with either the browser configuration or security software (firewall). Try resetting your security software or browser configuration to enable/accept "cookies."

The website keeps track of users by saving small, temporary files to your computer called "cookies." These "session" cookie files are deleted from the computer when the browser is closed and the browser session is completed. But web browsers like Internet Explorer realize that some users are exceptionally security conscious and wish to disable cookies, or prevent them from being saved on the user's computer.

Enable Cookies In Security Software

1. Launch your privacy or firewall software.
2. Navigate to the section with cookie controls.
3. Choose to accept cookies.

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. From the Tools menu select "Internet options".
3. Select the Privacy tab.
4. Make sure the slider is NOT on "Block All Cookies".
5. Click the "Advanced" button.
6. Check "Override Cookie Handling".
8. Check "Always Allow Session Cookies".
9. Click "OK" twice

1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
2. From the Tools menu, select "Options".
3. Click the Privacy icon.
4. Click the + sign to expand the Cookies section.
5. Select the "Allow sites to set cookies" option.
6. Click "OK".

What is the StatCast™ link all about? What is it showing me?

StatCast™ shows picking trends for specific groups of golfers in the game. It will indicate who everyone else in your contest is picking in a given group. The question is, do you go with the flow, or look for the surprise winner?

I'm not getting my picks confirmation email, what should I do?

The best thing to do is print your picks confirmation page (appears immediately after you submit your picks). Then, try adding expertsclub@athlonsports.com to your list of allowed addresses to make sure it's not being blocked.

I think you recorded one of my picks wrong! What can I do?

Easy enough, just send us your picks confirmation email or picks confirmation page (email to expertsclub@athlonsports.com or fax to 615-327-1149) and be sure to include the verification string.

Can I be in more than 5 challenge leagues? Or, can I have more than 20 people in my challenge league?

Unfortunately, challenge leagues created by game participants are limited to 20 players and you can only be a member of 5 leagues max.
